These terms govern your use of the Today Box app, website and beta services provided by the Today Box team. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact: contact@todaybox.ai.

Using Today Box

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms, use the service only with the permission of a parent or guardian who can agree. Provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and do not impersonate others.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you upload. You give us permission to host, store, process, reproduce and display that content as needed to provide features you request, including creating boxes, generating media and sharing with your chosen audience. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for the photos, voices and other material you use, including contributions involving other people.

Sharing and collaboration

Choose your sharing audience carefully. Invitations allow others to contribute according to the controls you enable. Shared media may be available through public download links, and recipients may save copies. Removing content or changing visibility cannot recall copies already saved by others.

Acceptable use

Do not use Today Box for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content or harmful content involving children. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, abuse invitations or use another person’s account without permission. We may restrict access or remove content to enforce these terms, protect users or comply with law.

AI and beta features

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. Review results before using or sharing them. You are responsible for how you use them. Beta features may change, fail or be withdrawn; availability and supported capabilities may vary. The beta waitlist does not guarantee an invitation or release date.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of account information, Google sign-in data, uploaded media and waitlist information.

Service changes and ending use

You may stop using the service and request permanent account deletion in the app under Account and security → Delete account. A recovery period follows confirmation; the app displays the deadline. Permanent cleanup follows expiry of that period. Our Privacy Policy explains permanent cleanup, retained contributions, backups and other deletion limitations. You can also contact us if you cannot access the app. We may change or discontinue features, or suspend access for a breach of these terms, security concerns or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.
